Why have you created this website?
I want a place where I can explain my experience in full, put events in order and publish selected supporting material. The removal of social media accounts carrying my testimony made that especially important to me.
Is everything on the website a court finding?
The story is my account. A court or administrative finding will be identified by reference to the relevant decision. Complaints, messages, testimony and official decisions are different kinds of material and will be described accordingly.
Why discuss the divorce?
I believe inaccurate information about my whereabouts and relationship history prevented my participation in proceedings that directly concerned me. That is a significant part of what I am explaining.
Will all of your evidence be public?
I will decide which material is appropriate to publish. Some material contains private or sensitive information. Intimate recordings and confidential information about children will not appear here.
